Early bird: Early bird is a single launch offer: the early bird monthly rate is locked while you remain continuously connected on your plan, except for a change in GST or another change required by law that we cannot reasonably absorb. Full retail pricing applies to later sign-ups.
Data allowances: When you use your monthly data allowance, your service is slowed to 2 Mbps for the rest of the billing month. No excess data charges, ever.
Unlimited plans: Unlimited plans are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Read the policy.
Actual speeds depend on your distance from the tower, terrain, network load, your equipment and in-premises setup. Upload speeds are lower than download speeds on these services.
Every connection is installed and aligned by a professional. That's how we deliver reliable speeds where others can't. Your install fee depends on your plan and your term: longer terms and higher plans earn bigger installation discounts. Minimum total cost, the installation fee plus every monthly charge over the term, is shown for every option.

Install fees and minimum total costs are inc GST. Minimum total cost is the installation fee plus every monthly charge over the term (month-to-month: install plus one month). Fixed terms carry an early termination charge: any unrecovered installation subsidy plus the lesser of 50% of your remaining monthly charges and six monthly charges, never more than our documented loss. Each plan's Critical Information Summary states the maximum charge for every term.
Rolling out now: Consumer and business services are coming online across the network as we finish constructing new towers, deploy new FWBB equipment and reactivate existing infrastructure, site by site. Check your address and register, and we’ll confirm availability and your connection window.
Your maximum monthly charge is your plan price. Minimum total cost is the installation fee plus every compulsory monthly charge for your chosen plan and term. Longer terms and higher plans earn bigger installation discounts. Plans are subject to service qualification at your address.
A Critical Information Summary for each plan is linked from its plan card. Pre-launch: we confirm availability, your plan and your price with you at sign-up. No payment is taken when you register interest.
Small business plans
Business plans run on the same fixed wireless network as our home plans, with business-grade priority and support. Business plans require an ABN when you submit your request.
