Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out acceptable conduct for users of Digital Soul Australia (Digital Soul) services and infrastructure.

Acceptable use

Users must use our services lawfully and consistently with Australian telecommunications law, including the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) and industry codes.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or distribution of unlawful content
  • send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or engage in phishing
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks
  • use the service in a way that materially degrades network performance for other users
  • resell, redistribute or otherwise commercialise services without written authorisation.

Consequences of breach

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend or terminate the service, consistent with our Standard Form Customer Contract (when available) and applicable law. Where breach involves unlawful conduct, we may report the matter to law-enforcement or regulators.
